Questions teams ask before they sign up

Why do you need edit access to my calendar?

Google Meet's AI notes and recording can only be started by the meeting organizer on an eligible account. With edit access, our account is set as the organizer of your Google Meet events so notes and recordings can be created. We don't change your meeting time, link or guest list, and we can't see your email or files.

Will people in the meeting notice anything?

No bot joins the call. Google Meet shows its usual notice when notes or recording are on, and the organizer shown on the event will be the AI Meet Notes account. We recommend telling clients you use AI notes, which many teams already do.

Can we stop notes or recording during a meeting?

Yes. Your team can stop AI notes or recording at any time during a live meeting, from the Google Meet controls. You can also turn them off in advance for any meeting or calendar.

Is meeting recording included?

Yes. Every plan includes the recording, sent with your notes. If you only want notes for some meetings, you can turn recording off.

Do you support Zoom or Microsoft Teams?

We support Google Meet today. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are coming soon. Leave your details and we'll tell you when they launch.

Who can see my meeting notes and recordings?

Only the people you choose. Notes are sent by email to the recipients you set, and the files are transferred to your ownership in Google Drive. After delivery, we delete our copy.

How do I cancel?

Email us and remove calendar sharing. Service stops immediately, with no lock-in or exit fee. Notes and recordings you've already received stay yours.
